The President of Iraq has extended his congratulations to the president, teaching staff, and students of the University of Sulaimani for achieving first place in the rankings of universities in both Kurdistan and Iraq.

In a message addressed to the university’s leadership, President Dr. Latif Rashid stated: “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the president, teaching staff, and students of the University of Sulaimani for securing the top position among all Iraqi public universities, as determined by the prestigious Times Higher Education ranking.”

President Rashid commended the university’s rich history of academic excellence and national leadership, emphasizing that this accomplishment is the result of the dedication of its administration, faculty, and the hard work of its students.

“We fully support all of our universities in advancing independently, professionally, and academically. As hubs of knowledge and innovation, we expect even greater progress in the future,” the President remarked.
